    However, anyone who wants to develop a natural, confident, and fluent way of communicating in English is welcome to join.

  • Yes, you can reschedule as long as the request is made in advance (usually at least 24 hours before the class).
    Rescheduling is arranged directly with the team, within the validity period of your selected package.

  • The course is recommended for students starting from an A2 level — those who already have a basic understanding of English and can communicate to some extent.
    Each class is tailored to the student’s level and goals, focusing on real communication, pronunciation, and everyday situations.

  • Students have access to all recordings and materials during the entire duration of their selected package.
    After the package ends, access can be extended depending on the plan and renewal options available.

  • Yes! All Become classes are taught directly by Cris Vieira herself.

  • Absolutely. One of Become’s main advantages is its personalization.
    The content is designed around your goals and needs — whether professional communication, social life, job interviews, presentations, or cultural adaptation.
    During the first sessions, there’s an orientation conversation to align specific themes and situations you want to work on.

  • We offer several payment options to make it easier for students worldwide:

    • Bank transfer (U.S.)

    • PayPal (subject to an additional fee)

    The total package amount is due at enrollment to secure your spot and access to the platform.

  • Yes. Each package (individual, pair, or group) must be paid in full at the time of registration.
    This ensures your time slot is reserved for the entire duration of the program.

  • Yes — under specific conditions:
    If you cancel up to one week before the start of classes, you are eligible for a full refund (100%).

  • Yes! You can postpone the start for up to 30 days after purchase, with prior notice.
    After this period, the package will follow the standard validity timeline.

  • We understand that life happens — and we do our best to make sure you don’t miss any class.
    Scheduling is flexible, and we’ll prioritize finding the best new time for you, as long as we’re notified at least 24 hours in advance.
    Classes canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered completed, but each case is handled with empathy and understanding.

  • Group lessons follow the semi-private format and take place only when all participants are present.
    If a student can’t attend, it’s important to notify the teacher at least 24 hours in advance, so the session can be rescheduled fairly for everyone.
    This way, all students can fully participate and benefit from the content.

  • We know life can get busy. If you’re unable to complete your package on time, we can extend your access so you don’t lose any lessons.
    Each situation is reviewed individually to ensure you can complete the program at your own pace and without stress.

  • Packages are designed to be personal and non-transferable since all classes and follow-ups are customized.
    However, if 80% or more of your package remains unused, we can review your case and, upon evaluation, approve a transfer.

  • Yes, you can!
    You can request to freeze your package once, for up to half of its total duration.
    For example, if your package lasts 3 months, you can pause it for up to 1.5 months, then resume later.
    It’s an excellent option for travel, schedule changes, or unexpected events — without losing your investment.

  • If you don’t already have a partner or group, we’ll take care of that!
    We pair or group students based on similarities such as cultural background, English level, goals (work, social life, travel, meetings, etc.), and communication style.
    Our goal is for you to feel comfortable, grow together, and have a meaningful learning experience.
